A Price Drop for the Wii?

DollarPreviously rumored to have a $250 USD price tag (roughly the price of a PSP bundle pack), the Nintendo Wii is one of the most affordable Next Gen consoles in the market. Good news for everyone that’s awaiting its release. But it’s about to get better. In the July issue of Play Magazine, an article titled as “A Wii Price to Pay”  said that the Wii will launch for as low as $199 in the US. Unfortunately, an exact date and list of launch titles has yet to be announced, along with the unique “Virtual Console” aspect of the Wii.
