First look at Mario Kart Wii battle mode, plus 15 screenshots

Ready to burn rubber with Nintendo’s Mario Kart Wii just like Princess Peach on the left? Well, before you go and zoom off, here’s a quick update on the game regarding the battle mode. A total of 15 screens are included to let you guys get a sneak peek! Check it out after the jump!

Our update today is going to be quick and simple since we don’t want to stand in the way between you guys and the screenshots that we have provided here on Nintendo’s Mario Kart Wii.

From the photos that we were able to acquire, we can surmise that the mode can fully support about eight characters with the amount of characters we saw on the maps. It’s going to be one big “brawl” in the race track. We think it’s crazy… but fun!

The appearance of the red balloons at the back of the kart suggests that little modifications have been made to the battle mode. Also, the shapes and figures of the maps could indicate that the maps could prove to be more complex that the ones in the Double Dash.
