MLB 08: The Show trailer video – double-plays, home runs, etc.

Home runs, double-plays, and pop fly-balls are pretty much what fill the head of any Major League Baseball fan during their spare time. Well, you can stop dreaming and start playing this March 5 with SCEA‘s MLB 08 :The Show (PS2, PS3, PSP).

A new trailer for SCEA‘s MLB 08: The Show (PS2, PS3, PSP) was just released and it’s looking pretty sweet. The improvements in the game such as the upgraded environmental lighting and new cloth techniques actually make the game much sharper than its predecessors.

As expected from any sports game trailer, the video features some of the more awesome plays you can pull off in the game. Among them include a nice catch from first, a beautifully executed double play, and a home run.
