RIN v1.23 is Out

Mr. Mirakichi has released v1.23 of the RIN Gameboy Color Emulator for PSP.

Changes include:
+ Fixed a bug in Save State thumbnail creations
+ Added ability to delete Save State files
+ Good stuff
