Super Smash Bros. Brawl update: defensive tips, Fox’s Final Smash
After some amazing updates this week filled with 2-D assist trophies and undercover special ops, Nintendo is more than happy to give out even more teasers on their upcoming fighting game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii.
Today we have a double entry update starting off with Fox McCloud at his best. With the trend of the other characters’ Final Smash moves bringing in some larger than life stopping power, Fox isn’t one to be outdone. Enter the Landmaster tank of Team Star Fox. This behemoth can take out even the hardiest of opponents with one blast from its massive cannon. Just don’t try hitching a ride on it, though – Fox won’t like it very much when other people try to pimp his ride.
The other half of this update are some handy tips on how to play the game a little defensively. You’ll want to master these moves, particularly the side stepping and dodging maneuvers, if you want to get ahead and take your opponent unawares like Snake usually does. Just his luck that it’s Samus that got the jump on the usually stealthy Snake this time.
All in all, we hope that Nintendo ends the week with a bang considering we just have a little more than two months before Super Smash Bros. Brawl finally arrives here in the States. Until then check out the rest of the screenshots we have in the full article!
