Two new scans of Gyakuten Kenji aka Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor revealed

Law students know for a fact that the burden of proof always falls on the lap of the prosecuting attorney. Instead of defending clients this time around, it’ll be a fun change of pace to play as the prosecutor in Capcom‘s Gyakuten Kenji (Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor).

It seems a new leading lady will be joining the cast, too. Check the Nintendo Dream scans after the jump to see what she looks like.

If there’s one thing that the Ace Attorney games have had in common up this time, it’s the fact that they’ve always cast you in the role of the defense attorney – until now. Capcom‘s upcoming title, Gyakuten Kenji (Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor), promises a change of pace for fans of the series. In fact, if proving someone’s guilt is more your thing, then this game is for you.

Ace Attorney veterans will definitely recognize Edgeworth and Gumshoe from the Nintendo Dream scans above. Note the presence of the emerald-eyed mystery lady with the enigmatic smile. Is she Edgeworth’s court rival, his love interest, or his psychic partner?

Unfortunately, the jury is still out on her true identity. The various members of the Court Records forums are still debating as to whether she’s Carmen San Diego or a member of the Fey family (they have pretty valid arguments for their case, too). Capcom will likely reveal her identity before long, so stay tuned for more updates on Gyakuten Kenji as we get them.
