Unreal Tournament 3 for Xbox 360 coming this Summer

It’s still not a definite release date for the Xbox 360 version of Unreal Tournament 3, but at least we have a more specific timeline to look forward to than just “the future.” Epic Games has announced that UT3 will arrive on the Xbox 360 this Summer. More in the full article.

It’s been a long time coming, and we finally have a more specific date to look forward to other than “the future”: Epic Games has announced that Unreal Tournament 3 for the Xbox 360 will arrive this summer.

The Xbox 360 version of Unreal Tournament 3 will feature two new characters, five new maps, and split screen capability. Epic’s Mark Rein also recently announced that mods will definitely be part of the game.

We’ll let you know as soon as we get a more specific release date. For now we can keep on speculating on what Rein meant when he said that there will be a surprise in the Xbox 360 version that’s Gears of War related.
