End of the Shadows source code released
Still a work in progress, End of the Shadows is still far from it – far from the end, that is. In fact, development for the said homebrew game is still going strong and has reached the next level. Octobinz has just released the source code for his project and it’s free for anyone to use.
Those late in the game and are only hearing about this now, End of the Shadows is an RPG that might look familiar to most gamers out there. That’s because the homebrew developer took tile sets and sprites from RPGMaker and other SNES RPG titles like Chrono Trigger or Secret of Mana.
While you can check out the demo, Octobinz that this source code that he’s releasing isn’t really of the most recent version of the game (which includes network support). But still, it’s a source code nonetheless, so if you guys wanna tinker around with his project, then by all means… Don’t worry though! He also promises to release the latest demo soon!
