Epic sausage party: PlayStation Home invaded by rowdy males
It looks like epic dance-offs are on a whole new level now. Maybe you’ve seen ’em. Maybe you’ve joined in too. With PlayStation Home going open beta, a lot of reports are now coming in (and I for one can confirm this first-hand too) about some rowdy males trying to get a little something-something out of Home. If you’ve dropped by the plaza, you’ve probably come across a familiar site in front of the jukebox booth: a crowd of Home avatars dropping Running Mans and Cabbage Patches like it’s hot.

If you’ve dropped by the plaza, you’ve probably come across a familiar site in front of the jukebox booth: a crowd of Home avatars dropping Running Mans and Cabbage Patches like it’s hot. Much to say, the center of attention seems to be some one or two females, with guys dancing all around them and chatting it up. (Typical Saturday night at the club, ya?)
Here’s an example:
It may seem like fun, but of course, the innocent female crowd may find it offensive. Some may actually see it as pathetic and immature.
Oh, and for the record, our qjdotnet Home avatar is actually female (thanks, Mabie!). And just yesterday, I had a bunch of guys flirting with me. *facepalm* Lesson learned: not only is it important to exhibit proper decorum in front of females in Home, but at the very least, you might want to make sure that whoever is controlling that female avatar is in fact female in real life.
