EQII: Account and technical support holiday sked

EQ2 christmas!!!Just in case it has slipped your minds, our dear EverQuest II addicts and loyalists alike, the people behind the game’s Account and Technical Support are humans and they do have social and familial lives like the rest of us.

That said, we’re here to tell you that should you encounter any problems while playing, you’ll be glad to know that Technical and Account Phone support will still be available from 3 to 7 p.m. PST Wednesday, on December 27 until Friday December 29.

However, there’ll be no one to answer your calls on December 25, 26, and January 1. They’ll be out partying with brownies, unicorns, drakes, and fairies, you see.

The good news though is that you can opt to email your concerns anytime at station.sony.com/email, as well as access their support knowledgebase at station.sony.com/kb. So if you’re pulling your hair out just trying to resolve a problem, you can check out the said sites, they might be able to help you out.

Technical and Account Phone Support will return to its normal hours of operation (Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST) on January 2.
