ESRB rating hints Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3 headed for PSP, PS3
Time to pack in some elbow grease, we’re heading to the Street Fighter arena. If ratings from the ESRB are anything to go by, we just might see both Street Fighter Alpha 2 and Street Fighter Alpha 3 landing on the PSP and PS3 (via PSN, most likely).

Siliconera points out that ESRB has rated both Street Fighter Alpha 2 (see here) and Street Fighter Alpha 3 (see here). Both of them were listed with a T rating for the PS3 and PSP. Considering that Capcom recently set up shop in their own section on the PlayStation Store, these two games could easily come in as part of their Classics lineup of DLC releases.
