Eternal Sonata intro sings for 10 minutes long
Eternal Sonata seems to be singing some good notes in Japan for the past couple of days since its release. The quasi-cel-shaded art style of Tri-Crescendo‘s RPG for the 360 rings a rather familiar bell for those who’ve played Wind Waker or SaGa Frontier 2 (among other video games notable for their fresh art style). And while this writer and his editor don’t understand a word that they’re saying in this video, that’s not stopping them from going slack-jaw while watching.
A little over ten minutes long, the video shows the entire intro cutscene of the Japanese version of the game. The start, most especially, might look a tad bit familiar – we’ve seen parts of it in other video montages from before. But now, we finally get to see the intro in full, plus what seems to be a flashback of Polka’s childhood. Take a look-see, and make sure to continuously check yourself from drooling:
