Europe gets Kororinpa; How about US?
When it comes Kororinpa, the guessing game is over! Or at least it is over for Europe. In case you weren’t told, this simple yet exciting puzzle-like title from Hudson Entertainment is coming out in Europe on February 23, and is exclusive to Nintendo Wii. How we wish America is the next thing in the company’s mind.
Anyway, the game as we’ve mentioned is rather easy to understand. It doesn’t mean though that it won’t score high in the entertainment meter. In Kororinpa, players will have to navigate their favorite cute and quirky balls through complex 3D mazes while collecting red crystals. We haven’t had the opportunity to try this one but we’re pretty sure that this will put to test a player’s accuracy and precision on using the Wiimote.
The game, all in all, has 50 different mazes. As a player progresses in the game, we’re sure the mazes get harder and needless to say, more exciting. Also, you can go head-to-head against a friend via the multiplayer mode. Accordingly, the screen will be split into two (either horizontally or vertically) with each player using one Wiimote and Nunchuk. Take note that balls differ in color. A difference in color mean a change in their response, speed, slide, and bounce.
Yeah, sounds easy enough to understand but we’re sure its one hell of an addictive game. As we’ve said, we hope they bring Kororinpa here in the Americas.
