Europe’s VC to get SNK’s Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and World Heroes

World Heroes is announced for Europe's Virtual Console on the Wii - Image 1SNK Playmore has just sent out word that they will be releasing Fatal Fury, World Heroes, and Art of Fighting into Europe‘s Virtual Console for the Wii. That’s right, fight fans – we’ll be looking at the upcoming appearance of some of the NEO GEO system’s more memorable titles, with each game expected to cost 900 Wii points.

And while the the old school-players will remember the innovation Fatal Fury introduced with its two  fighting planes, or Art of Fighting with its super attacks (an industry first), you’ll definitely remember World Heroes. After all,  it’s not everyday you get to use some characters based on historical figures as (in)famous Rasputin, or even Jeanne D’Arc.

All three titles were previously announced for the territories of North America and Japan, with the latter confirmed to be receiving them this month. This news reel officially confirms the entry of Art of Fighting, Fatal Fury, and World Heroes into the European. Aside from this announcement, SNK Playmore further noted that several more game were lined up for the near future. We’ll let you know if we hear of any more updates regarding this topic.
