Eve Online FanFest now sold out
Alright, for all you Eve Online fans out there. We’re sure you know about the FanFest. And you do know how big an event this is right? Well, if you’ve got tickets for it, good for you. But if you’re part of the demographics who wasn’t able to grab one just in the nick of time, this is definitely one unfortunate news for you.
They have now officially sold out all tickets for the event. Yup, no more for you. According to kieron, the Community Manager, the ticket-drought is due to an overwhelming community response. So what’s gonna happen is that over 650 players, media, volunteers and staff will be having a blast at the party over at Nordica, while many more would just kill for a ticket to enter. But no, let’s not be that drastic about it.
If you’re resourceful enough, maybe you can scalp your way in. But otherwise, your chances of making it are most probably nil. Even the online ticket sales have been disabled, nor will you be able to buy any at the party door (oh, you’re so close, but still so far…). kieron’s advice?
“Please plan ahead for a bigger and better FanFest in 2007.” Admit it. That’s wise.
