EverQuest 2: Forum treasure chests

EQ

Nope, this isn’t a new update. For those of you a bit confused with the term: in EverQuest2 forums lore, the Treasure Chest is a post that the community finds to be good; it’s informative, entertaining, or simply interesting to read.  What this is then, is a heads-up for you guys on what are the current “treasures” in the forums:

  • Forum member SphinxCat just made an original movie for the Nights of the Dead event, and we hear it’s a must-see.
  • KennethWong just recently posted a new bit of Fan Art titled “Cocoon the Guardian.” Everybody’s invited to view it.
  • Norrathian Homeshow, the in-game answer to  “Good Housekeeping,” just featured Faymar’s House of Horror – his haunting little household as he sees it fit for Halloween.
  • Anotherrogue is featuring his story titled “An Unlikely Protector” for all willing readers and fans alike.

Okay, so this isn’t exactly another mega-update, but remember that an MMO’s only as good as the  people who live it – for outsiders curious enough to take a chance and look at the lighter side of gaming, you’re welcome to visit the site, and these “treasures” currently featured at SOE‘s EverQuest2 forums.
