EverQuest II Game Update #28

EQ2A few days ago, two EverQuest II teaser artworks were released to go along with the exciting events and changes for game update #28. You can appreciate the images more by knowing exactly what’s going on in the world of Norrath.

The big news is that poor crafters are going mainstream. This means that tradeskillers can now show off their skills in crafting stations located in their home cities. This will not only boost tradeskillers’ confidence, it will also bring life to the cities.

In a related matter, The Ironforge Exchange and the Coalition of Tradesfolk will be selling Tradeskill Writ Clipboards if you manage to forge amicable faction with the coalition. The clipboards can be used in your home. Those who are running low on fuel would be glad to know that the amount of fuel needed to make rare potions or poisons has been reduced from 8 to 4. Furthermore, those who are stuck with old tradeskill “Reagent” items should not fret as these items can now be used as main components in spell recipes. Dusts, on the other hand, will no longer be used as substitute for normal Imbue items in imbue recipes.

Other updates:

The Hand of the Gods

  • Prophets of the Burning Prince and Duke of Below seek assistance from fearless players. Those who are willing to undergo a trial of fire should speak with Civean on the beaches Lavastorm.
  • To serve the Duke of Below, adventurers can meet Bronlor Stormhammer outside of Blackburrow.

Art

  • Female run animations have been updated except for frogloks, halflings, and gnomes.
