EverQuest II Treasure Chest for this week
No doubt EverQuest II is one epic MMO. It takes us back to Norrath 500 years after EverQuest, when Qeynos and Freeport cooperated to fight against the evil Rallosian empire. Many can still remember horrible memories of “The Shattering”, where an enormous magical energy resulted to the destruction of Norrath.
Only the cities of Qeynos and Freeport remained, ruled by Queen Antonia Bayle and the (sort of undead) Shadowknight, Lucan D’Lere, respectively. Rumors of the Rallosian empire’s resurrection abound, and the few Norrath survivors sense a sickening dread of impending doom…
That’s just a snippet of EverQuest II‘s plot, a parallel universe to the first EverQuest II game released in 1994. Of course the adventure doesn’t stop in the game’s story itself, as more fans stretch the story of Norrath further with their creative projects. Short videos, stories, images, and other renderings make the EverQuest II story richer, and each week, they are compiled and featured as the “Treasure Chest”.
We have a couple of pictures, videos and a story for this week’s “Treasure Chest”. All are epic in scale, so you better check them out. Kudos to everyone who passed this week!
