Everyone’s Recommendation selects two more titles

When PS3 or Xbox 360 games become successful enough, they earn the right to be re-released later on, with a cheaper and more competitive price. For the Wii, it’s different – they let the Nintendo Channel users in Japan vote which games will make it to the budget line, referred to as “Everyone’s Recommendation.” That said, everyone recommends two more titles.

When enough users rate a Wii game bronze or higher, they’re basically nominated for a cheaper re-release. Over a million titles have already been sent in from Japan, and 75 titles have made it to the line so far. Joining the elite list will be Momotaru Densetsu with a bronze rating, and One Piece: Unlimited Cruise Episode 2 with a gold. They will be re-released at JP¥ 2,800 (US$ 31).
