Warner Bros. and Monolith Studios have announced a new DLC pack for F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin players to enjoy this September. The DLC pack, called F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn, will feature four new levels for the single-player campaign that coincide with the events in Project Origin.

The new levels will have gamers play as Replica soldier Foxtrot813. As gamers begin the mission as part of an orbital Powered Armor drop to reinforce their squad, the ruined city of Auburn emanates supernatural events and familiar voices, beckoning Foxtrot813 to go against orders from Replica command.

A demo of the DLC pack will be released on August 27, while the complete package will launch on September 3 for Xbox 360 and PS3. PC gamers will get it at a later date. Also incoming is an automatic title update that adds a free Slow-Mo Deathmatch multiplayer mode that lets gamers obtain a slow-mo powerup to slow down enemies in multiplayer deathmatch.
