Facebreaker: Character trailer video
Boxing has always been reducing someone else’s face into pita bread for twelve rounds, until the other guy (or you) falls to the mat and stays there for ten counts. With Electronic Arts‘ Facebreaker (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii), however, you won’t just be reducing their faces into bread that goes nicely with meat and vegetables, you’ll be breaking them. And in this trailer video update, we get cosy with the roster. The eye candy in the full article.
It’s been a while since we last heard about Electronic Arts‘ awesome looking boxing title that’s a bit on the humorous side, Facebreaker (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii) – but now, we get to see some of the game’s colorful cast via this latest trailer full of pride, glory, and punching people in their faces. Just like Clover Studios’ God Hand, this is a game about punching people, and no other concept is more awesome than that.
Looking at the video, it’s evident that Facebreaker certainly has the varied roster. From a Russian juggernaut to someone who looks like a J-Pop idol, we can pretty much see that Facebreaker doesn’t take itself too seriously – and with the boxing mechanic looking pretty solid, it’s a great two-hit combination. Enjoy the video!
