Famitsu unleashes Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2
It’s now official that Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 is in the pipeline, as even Famitsu has a feature on the surgical drama by Atlus. It’s another blowout with a scan filled with details and screenshots of the much awaited sequel. You don’t want to miss out if you own a Nintendo DS, so hit that jump!
Not long after it has been revealed that Derek Stiles is indeed making a comeback on the Nintendo DS, screenshots and details pertaining to Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 came out Atlus‘ surgery room to the pages of Famitsu. This time, we get a fair glimpse at the upcoming sequel featuring familiar faces along with new blood.
As previously mentioned, tools in the original are returning with improvements. Looking at Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2‘s interface, it does look like there’s barely any space to squeeze new items in. Fresh characters are introduced with tidbits of the story that we know as related to the GUILT virus aftermath.
According to the scan from Famitsu, Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 is slated to hit Japanese shelves this August 7. Nintendo Power also had a feature on the game, so we’re banking on a western 2008 release. We’re sure to keep tabs on any confirmations, so watch this space for updates!
