FF Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate forest platforming video

Square Enix‘ latest Final Fantasy offering on the Nintendo DS, the long-awaited Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate which is set to bring handheld owners an adventure of up to four players, is shaping up to be a lot more than the original FFCC. What it does that its predecessor doesn’t is implement strong platformer elements to mix things up a bit.

In the video you’ll see below, the party is exploring the forest. Instead of just fighting monsters, however, they’re jumping around and hitting objects with arrows to solve elaborate puzzles that eventually lead to wherever the next objective is. Check it out yourself by watching the embed below.
