FFXI Linkshell community beta maintenance
A little yellow bird that goes “Kwark-kwark” sent us word that the Final Fantasy XI Linkshell community beta version would undergo maintenance in a few days from now. During which time, the said community wouldn’t be available. Don’t worry, the server downtime won’t take too long.
The affected period will only cover less than 24 hours. Maintenance will occur from Nov. 27, 2006 21:00 to Nov. 28, 2006 4:00 (PST). As of now, this is still subject to change, depending on how smooth things will be. Here’s what Square Enix‘s maintenance team will work on:
- Calendar, Time zone, Auto login, Link to user manual
- The search function for the World portal, as well as some of the display methods will be changed
- Other minor issues will be addressed
Don’t stress too much. There’s still no reason to leave Vana’diel for Ivalice, home of Vaan and Ashe from FFXII. These little bug fixes and changes are definitely worth the seven hour wait. You can last that long without playing, right?
