FIFA World Cup 2006 Game to Sport Different Cover Models

2006 FIFA World Cup will ship to nearly a dozen countries with different cover faces according to EA Sports (Arena Football, MVP 2006 NCAA Baseball, Fight Night). The face models who made the cut – all members of the who’s who in soccer club – and their destinations include Zhen (China) Frank Lampard (England) Lukas Podolski (Germany). Also making the cut are Alessandro Del Piero (Italy), Jamie Lozano (USA, Canada, Mexico) Simao (Portugal) Arjen Robben (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) Ricardo Cabanas (Switzerland) Xavi (Spain), Claudio Reyna (USA, Canada, Mexico.)

“We are thrilled to have the world’s top athletes representing 2006 FIFA World Cup in each of these countries,” said EA. “Game players around the globe are engaging in this phenomenal tournament by experiencing it for themselves through the video game.”

The game will kick off on April 24.
