Final Fantasy Crystal Defenders coming XBLA this Wednesday
Looks like the Xbox 360 got first dibs on Square Enix‘s Crystal Defenders before any of the consoles. It’s officially announced that the game will be released on Xbox Live this Wednesday.
Looks like the Xbox 360 got first dibs on Square Enix‘s Crystal Defenders before any of the consoles. It’s officially announced that the game will be released on Xbox Live this Wednesday, along with PopCap’s Peggle.
Crystal Defenders picks up where Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift left off. Unlike Grimoire though, Crystal Defenders is a tower defense game where you place units in strategic places to stop monsters from stealing crystals. But like Grimoire, the game will have an insane amount of missions: 300 in all.
Supposedly the console versions will be “enhanced ports” of the iPhone versions, but we’re still not clear on how exactly that is. We’ll know by Wednesday though.
