August 24 is a big date for Final Fantasy III fans. The Square Enix game for the Nintendo DS will be sold in Japanese stores on this day. No date has been given for the US release, but don’t fret, this is one of the staple games in the industry and for sure it will be released in the US come Christmas time. The game’s price is Â¥ 5980, which is roughly around $60.

As stated in earlier articles, the game will be featuring full FMVs and improved graphics of the old game. The graphics have now been given a 3D remake. This is one of the first few games that has spiraled the RPG industry to the top by selling over 10 million copies. The game’s story features four individuals who has been tasked to venture into a cave to capture a crystal. The first two screens available to us features the opening FMV of the game wherein these four brave warriors found themselves within the darkness of the cave.
