And Final Fantasy XIII‘s (PlayStation 3, Xbox360) Pigtailed Girl finally gets named. As revealed by a recent Famitsu scan, it turns out her name is actually Vanilla. Who’da thunk she’d have such a “vanilla” or plain name? Check out the scan after the jump.

Remember Pigtailed Girl? As revealed by a recent Famitsu scan, it turns out her name is actually Vanilla (according to Final Fantasy Union’s translation, anyway). Who’da thunk she’d have such a “vanilla” or plain name?

Anyway, the Famitsu scan that revealed Pigtailed Girl’s name is on the right. Click it for a larger version.

The scan also shows more Final Fantasy XIII (PlayStation 3, Xbox360) battle screens featuring Lightning busting out Fire and Cure spells against a mechanical enemy with buzzsaw hands. Square Enix sure likes them buzzsaws.
