Final Wii Hardware Shipped
According to Matt Casamassina’s blog, final Wii hardware has been shipped to developers and publishers. This means that all the hardware has finally been finalized and production of the unit has probably started. The wireless Wavebird’s receiver should fit with no problem in the GCN controller ports. The front flap on the Wii hides an SD slot and the SYNCHRO button – so no more speculation, please! It looks like the self-loading disc slot also works fine with absolutely no jerkiness! Hopefully we’ll get to see it all first-hand in our homes soon!
