We're not fans of wild speculation, since there stands a good chance that we'd get burned by it (ahem, *cough, cough*, PS3 Sonic faux-boxart, *cough*), so we'll just mention it and let you do the talking. On the other hand, he also says that if WiConnect24 is connected 24 hours a day, then why not get that online instead (unless the network for that's not up yet)?. Or it could be, points out some of the Joystiq comments, that the firmware in the discs are for Wii owners who don't have a broadband connection at home - nice thinking from Ninty, if that's so.

- BET8390: Opera, some Wii Channels, free Virtual Console game/s
- ?: calibrating the Wiimote
- Lyfeliek Heroblade: Wireless connection setup wizard
