First Heavy Rain screens show promise
Quantic Dream showed off its PlayStation 3 exclusive Heavy Rain in E3 2008, but the public was kept in the dark as an NDA blanketed the event and kept the media gagged. Now, we’re finally getting a sample of the game’s graphical prowess with a couple of screenshots finally coming out. See them in the full article ahead.
After E3 of 2008 when the PlayStation 3 exclusive Heavy Rain was shown with an NDA, curiosity grabbed us all by the throat and never stopped yanking until now. We finally have some early sights of this project and it seems that the accounts which recounted something phenomenal about it were accurate.
These screenshots may not reveal too much, but they prove one thing: Quantic Dream is working on delivering grade-A visuals in this offering. If you want photorealistic, people, you don’t get much better than this.
The game still has miles to go in development, but it sure as hell shows a lot of promise. Hopefully we’ll get to see more of Heavy Rain in the coming days.
