First post for Operation Darkness: Tactics
I cannot believe this is the first article to be posted for this game’s blog! (Woot! First post! Lol!) Anyway, this game sure is underrated. Operation Darknes: Tactics is a strategy RPG from Success Corp. And yes, it is set in the period of World War II. Not another war genre, you say?
This ain’t just another “WWII clone”. It’s main meat is that it’s more of a choose your own ending kind of story. As Spencer Yip over at siliconera.com describes it, it’s more like a “what if storyline”. Heading the pack is one Edward Kyle, a local of London who became witness to Germany bombing his hometown. Igniting hatred and the desire to get revenge, Kyle joins the army, and later moves up to join the SAS squad. Now, it’s up to you to decide where your army goes to next, and the kind of combat you’d make. So there.
Now that we’ve got your attention, we’ll definitely fill this blog up some more. Meanwhile, check out these screenshots.
