For those of us who thought that the Nintendo Wii is having quite the drought when it comes to roleplaying games, it seems that Tri-Crescendo and Namco Bandai have arrived to satisfy that particular genre when Nintendo’s next-gen console is concerned, with its mysterious-looking IP entitled Fragile. And while we’ve already reported on its existence, what we have for you with this update is the first ever footage of the game in action as revealed in the game’s official website.
Looking at the video, it’s safe to say that Fragile will be relying heavily on atmosphere, as it seems that the main protagonist will be going on this adventure all on his lonesome. The music is terrific in that it really sets the melancholic mood, and the ruins are suitably scary.
It also looks like ghosts will be the main obstacle here, as a certain point in the footage shows a plethora of ghostly arms reaching into a train, trying to grab hold of anything that might be foolish enough to make their way across.
Enough spoilers from us, enjoy the video!
