The Xbox Live free weekend appears to have already begun, at around 10pm last night according to reports. The free live weekend offers a 72 hour multiplayer schedule. You can also take part in the Game with Fame with Kamal which takes place today from 3pm to 5pm Eastern (12pm to 2pm Pacific), the gamertag you’ll need is RootsGWF. Those Xbox Ambassadors will also be online all weekend showing off all Xbox Live has to offer.
Other items included in the free weekend include ‘Lucky 7 Play & Win’ where you can win by playing for a total of a minimum seven hours to be entered into a draw for Xbox Live prizes. Other events include a Ubisoft Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter game set up with the marketing team for the title. Also the Frag Dolls will make their usual appearance.
