Gameeel Entertainment’s Exocubes now available
Gameeel Entertainment has announced the release of Exocubes, an “action-oriented, high-energy cube-matching game”. It’s not just random cube-matching, it’s got a story too. Stick-figure protagonist Cubert has been trapped in an unknown dimension in space, and it’s up to you to guide him through hazardous, seemingly endless cube rooms.
Players must manipulate magical cubes, energize them with scanners, and blast walls blocking the wall. As with any cube game worth anything, Exocubes features a few special items you get from the various rooms. Players can also get combos for higher scores.
Exocubes is now available for US$ 19.95 and runs on Windows. Just one question though: Is it “Game Eel” like electric eel” or “Gameeel” like oh, i don’t know, Jaleel White? Anyway, check out the screenshots below. There’s more, including a gameplay vid, behind the “Full Article” link.
