Gameplay that got past developers: Crazy X360 moments

But Miss Tron?!CVG has this feature focusing on the craziest things (they say) you can do on the games you’re playing on your 360. It covers a lot of things that makes a player doubt if the devs thought about allowing that or not.

One nice example is the feature pointed out is the fact that in Far Cry Instincts Predator, you can use the Terrain Editor to spell out swear words on the ground. Then build a massive tower and fly off the top of it using a hang-glider. Childish? Yes. Stupid? Debatable. Fun? For some. Makes you think if the devs thought really about it? Certainly.

Another funny bit that the article raised is the fact that in Just Cause you can run over Kane, move her along in front of the vehicle, and then push her anywhere on the map if you’re patient enough. And if you use a pickup truck, you can sometimes get Kane to appear in the back. You can even squash her into a wall or another vehicle.

The craziness they listed goes on, however, the “become Mega-man” trick in Dead Rising that they mention, while cool, doesn’t really qualify as a “did the dev’s think of that wtf-omg-bbq-11!” moment. I mean, it is Capcom after all, and the Japanese are notorious for inserting references to past games in their products. Is “turning” into Mega-man cool? Yes. Did it get past the devs? Probably not, it’s more likely a secret thing that they put in there for nostalgia or what not.

So, what insane crazy moments “that got past the devs?” have you guys run into while playing on your X360? Comment away folks, we’re sure you’ve run into your fair share.
