Gameplay trailers of Okami’s new 16:9 widescreen format sighted
If you’re wondering how Okami‘s new visual format will look on the Nintendo Wii, then wonder no more. We were able to spot several gameplay videos featuring the new 16:9 widescreen and 480p progressive scan format that the developers from Capcom promised for the next-gen port of the game. It was previously announced that the Nintendo Wii port of Capcom‘s Okami will sport a new 16:9 widescreen and 480p progressive scan format. Well, today we have actual visual evidence featuring the game’s brand new format from several gameplay videos taken from IGN.
Judging from the videos below, it definitely seems as if Capcom delivered well on their promise to give everyone a bigger and better picture of Okami‘s unique oriental graphics.
It’s still unsure though whether we’ll be seeing the game’s release by March 25, but we can keep our fingers crossed that the rumors are true. In any case, we’ll keep everyone informed on any new updates we get from Okami until then.
