Gamer’s Day: 21 confirmed PS3 launch titles
After much speculation (from the whole gaming community) and bit-by-bit updates (from us), we finally have the list of confirmed PS3 launch titles. This one’s for real guys, Sony has just confirmed this list during this year’s SCEA Gamer’s Day. Choosing which one to buy and play first will be a real tough one, as the launch list sports really good titles (and we mean REALLY good titles) that we’ve all been itching to play.
So anyway, we’ll just give you the list but please try to contain your excitement because…well…wait, nope, there’s no reason not to jump up and down, go out to the streets and dance like a chicken, so yeah, go ahead and scream your heads off if you want. Here’s the oh-so-sweeeet list of confirmed titles to be available at the PS3 launch:
– Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII (Ubisoft)
– Call of Duty 3 (Activision)
– EA Sports Fight Night Round 3 (EA)
– F.E.A.R. (Vivendi)
– Full Auto 2: Battlelines (Sega)
– Genji: Days of the Blade (Sony)
– Madden NFL 07 (EA)
– Marvel Ultimate Alliance (Activision)
– Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire (Namco Bandai)
– NBA 07 (2K Sports)
– NBA 2K7 (2K Sports)
– Need for Speed Carbon (EA)
– NHL 2K7 (EA)
– Resistance: Fall of Man (Sony)
– Ridge Racer 7 (Namco Bandai)
– Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega)
– The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Bethesda)
– Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 (EA)
– Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas (EA)
– Tony Hawk’s Project 8 (Acivision)
– Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom (Sony)
We here at QJ are still trying to work out a consensus on which game we’ll be playing first, but looks like that’s gonna be impossible. In fact, while I’m writing this article, some of the guys are in the other room still deep in discussion (nah, more like talking in raised giddy voices) of what to get first. I just sneaked out to write this article and bring you guys the list. Hahaha. Perhaps you guys can help us decide?
