GameStop: Readying two Xbox 360 Elite bundles?
Given that the Xbox 360 Elite is being readied for release this April 29, we decided to check out how GameStop was planning to promote this latest Microsoft console. A quick trip to their site revealed two bundles being readied for purchase (from left to right): The Obsidian Bundle, and the Rock Bundle. Based on Ars Technica’s Opposable Thumbs, we’ve also picked that which these two packs carry:
Obsidian Bundle (US$ 561.98)
- Elite System
- Wireless Controller and Charge Kit
- Black Rechargeable Battery
Rock Bundle (US$ 569.98)
- Elite System
- Guitar Hero 2, with guitar controller
These are the only details we can scrounge up at the moment – a trip to the GameStop site’s posting for these two bundles led to broken links for each. We’re not sure what this implies, although we’ve enclosed a read link to the GameStop site in case you guys want to see these packs for yourself. Just make sure to have the corresponding cash (or trade-in) ready when you march up to your stores this Sunday.
