GameStop selling (remaining) 20GB PlayStation 3s for U$ 449.99
It looks like GameStop is clearing out storage space August. The retailer has announced that they’re now selling their remaining stocks of the discontinued PlayStation 3 20GB model for a sum of US$ 449.99 – US$ 50 less than the PS3 60GB’s current price.
The good news is that this PS3 deal also stacks up with GameStop’s previous promo which also entitles PS3 buyers to five free Blu-Ray movies. The bad news is that the PS3 20GB does not come with card readers or built-in Wi-Fi and has a smaller HDD capacity than its silver-trimmed kin.
The 20GB model shares the same software updates as the 60GB, so there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues once you log on to PlayStation Network to register your unit.
Just drop by the GameStop site via the read link below if you fancy making the purchase, or need to check for details while supplies still last.
