Gears of War event pics
Last week we reported that Xbox Live’s Major Nelson had a few VIP tickets to give away for Megadeth‘s debut of their Xbox 360 game-inspired song, “Gears Of War” at Six Flags, New England on October 31. Well, as you’ve probably guessed, that day has came and gone, and just one day later Major Nelson has uploaded a whole gallery of photos for those of you who didn’t get a chance to go to the Gears of War preview event. The event not only gave gamers a chance to listen to the debut of Megadeth’s new song “Gears Of War”, but also enabled them to have a go on Gears of War the game one week before anybody else which is an achievement in itself!
But if you were part of the other thousands of people who didn’t get a chance to go to the event you’ll be pleased to see the whole gallery here on QJ. Not to rub it, the event looks really good and I’m sure that the gameplay, along with the Gears Of War labelling all over the place was a great experience. Popular TV channel MTV have also filmed portions of the Megadeth concert for their “Road to Launch” show, so look out for it on TV soon. Of course, Gears of War will be out by then so you’ll probably be too busy playing that to watch any TV!
