You already know that Genji 2 is now officially called Genji: Days of the Blade as announced by Sony Computer Entertainment several days ago. Expanded from the gorgeous PS2 action title, this next-gen follow-up continues the mystical tales of ancient Japan by game designer Yoshiki Okamoto‘s Game Republic Studio. The game continues to expand on the historical accounts of feudal Japan, set three years after the last chapter of Genkuro Yoshitsune’s life. It’s a cross between Onimusha and Dynasty Warriors. The game promises to deliver more gameplay, more diverse levels of fighting, and more playable characters.
