One lucky guy by the name of PeSa recently received a brand-spankin’ Wii devkit. His luck kind of equates to our luck as well since he decided to share the Wii love by posting pics of the devkit as well as the Wii remote over at his flickr site. For your convenience, we’ve got the pics here on QJ as well, so check out the pics below. Admittedly, it’s not as great as getting a Wii devkit in the mail but we’re nowhere near complaining.

One thing we can say about the devkit is that it looks pretty sturdy, like an AVR on steroids. Small too, just like the Wii itself. The black is also quite a bit of contrast with the Wii’s white color scheme. Speaking of color, any of you guys think Nintendo will be releasing different color variants of the Wii just like they did for the GBA and the DS? Conventional wisdom seems to dictate that such a marketing strategy is certainly possible. Anyway, leave a comment. Your views and opinions are aways welcome.
