Getting a head (and only a head) in Resistance: Fall of Man

CodeRed submits to us this picture of something weird he found while playing Resistance: Fall of Man multiplayer – and by weird he didn’t mean the Chimera. He says he found this floating head right before “being blown to smithereens.” (Nice timing then, getting this picture before suffering a corporeal wrath). When he came back to this spot during the next round, it was gone. He did mention something about that head being there for about fifteen minutes.

Perhaps a Chimeran mutation that wasn’t ready to be introduced to the battlefield? It could be a glitch, though this is the first time we’ve heard this report (Hey CodeRed, if you’re reading this, can you also include what map you were playing on?). Have you run into floating heads, or other weird stuff in R:FoM lately?

Okay, time for a very bad Austin Powers pun: this is no way to get ahead in multiplayer… There goes our New Year’s Resolution. Sorry, Max.
