Gitaroo-Man plays to PSP

Gitaroo-ManMusic tames the savage beast, goes the theme of the unforgotten PS2 classic Gitaroo-Man – unforgotten, that is, until its developer Koei Games decided to revive it for the Playstation Portable. Gitaroo-Man is a rhythm-action game that lets you take control of U1, a shy elementary student whose world did a 360 when he found out that he is heir apparent to the legendary title of Gitaroo-Man. Gitaroo-Man is an intergalactic superhero who defends the universe using the powers of the gitaroo.

In the game, evil Gravillians seek to gain the last gitaroo (magical instrument) on earth, which U1 happens to be in possession of. A rocking soundtrack plus unique yet enticing visuals has made Gitaroo-Man a well-loved game for all rhythm game fanatics. And now, experience the excitment of Gitaroo-Man all over again…this time on a more balanced PSP version, which will offer a “duet” mode. Koei has not revealed the official PSP Gitaroo-Man title yet, but lets it slip that the game will be released on the 25th of May (in Japan as usual, with no word on a US release.)
