God of War 2 Details Emerge
New God of War 2 details have apparently emerged thanks to supposed “leaked Sony marketing documentation”. First, God of War 2 is slated for a February(2007) release on the PS2 console in USA with a European release to follow shortly. Kratos will once again be the game’s protagonist, and the game is being developed at the same Sony Computer Entertainment of America’s Santa Monica studio as the first.
It wouldn’t be much of a sequel without new features, and according to the document, GoW2 will be jam-packed with them. These new features include an improved climbing system, new magical skills, and the ability to fly(or perhaps glide?). Lastly, the document drops hints that the God of War series may move to the PS3.
