God of War III does NOT have HD install

It’s been officially confirmed. God of War III will not be having a HD install, despite the dual-layer Blu-ray feature.Thanks to Sony’s Christoper Ericson’s announcement, we can all heave a sigh of relief.

 

 

 

It’s been officially confirmed. God of War III will not be having a HD install, despite the dual-layer Blu-ray feature.Thanks to Sony’s Christoper Ericson’s announcement, we can all heave a sigh of relief.

 

Ericson, Sony’s Santa Monica Director of Technology, confirmed the new via Twitter: “God of War III does NOT do a HD install. The 5MB listed on box back is for save game only.”

 

 

The US version of the game has been clocked in at 35GBs of Blu-ray space, while the European version will hit over 40GBs due to the additional nine languages to be used.
