Grab Bag: lagging problems and more
Sanya’s back with the Camelot grab bag, and this time, she answers your lag queries and other stuff.
First things first: Laaaaaaaag. Sanya says that “The Grizzled Code War Veteran has been working until the wee hours of the morning” trying to fix things, but that doesn’t erase everybody’s speed issues entirely. As such, she urges Dark Age of Camelot players to use the negative feedback form, which is read and counted by hand, as opposed to bug appeals, which are timestamped and forwarded to somebody for further investigation.
Moreover, she admits that yes, they do have quite “severe restrictions” regarding questions, and they’re sorry for that. However, you guys do have to understand that they are doing oodles of things. After reading your question, they have to debate on it with a producer, programmer, and designer. Then they have to run a few tests and research more on the topic. The bottomline is, it will really help if you guys get to the point and be all straightforward with your questions, as these guys have tons to do in order to answer them.
On a lighter note, double exp in the Labyrinth of the Minotaur will last until the 27th, while the super bonus on Agramon will last until December 1. Fun, fun fun!
