Gaming has been without The Real Driving Simulator for quite some time now, but Chris Hinojosa-Miranda brought some good news. According to the SCEA associate producer, Gran Turismo 5 finally launches “Summer 2010”
Info came from a short GT5 demo presentation earlier this week, where Miranda re-confirmed the March 2010 release for Japan, while Sony is aiming for “Summer 2010” for the North American version. Miranda also told Destructoid that the game’s full feature list has yet to be revealed, so differences between regions are still to be determined, if there would be any. What they do know is that the game has nearly 1,000 cars. As far as DLC goes, it’s being considered, but nothing set in stone just yet.
That said, those looking to warm up their engines can go for the demo, or step it up with the Gran Turismo 5 Time Trial Challenge – coming to PSN next week.
