Grand Theft Auto 4 sales slow down, still on top in UK

Looks like the UK’s infatuation with Mario has been set aside in favor of Niko Bellic. Despite ever-declining sales, Grand Theft Auto 4 is still going strong in the UK, weeks after its release. Check out the full article to see what else is on top of the charts in the UK.

Grand Theft Auto 4 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) is still on top in the UK weeks after its release, despite ever declining sales. Last week, sales of the game declined 77%. This week, sales went down even further by 41%, and still the game persists on top of the charts. Wonder if the game should get another Guinness World Record for that.

Mario Kart Wii, which declined to 9th place last week, has jumped to third place thanks to the game being restocked. No new entries managed to find their way into top 10 this week. That will probably change in next week’s results, when Haze is released.  Here are the rest of the top games in the UK for the week ending on May 17:
